Dear Aiyana, Class Trip to the Haunted House is about a scary visit to an old house. The word ghastly is just another way of saying scary or fearful. Christian, thanks for sharing your story. I hope it was just a story and not real because swinging a golf club could be very dangerous. Stay safe!
Arwen, how exciting that you are writing your own stories. I love the title, Secret of the Tail! Let me know when you are done and I will give you tips. I know what you mean about staying focused on one story. I have the same problem! But sometimes it is good to give yourself a deadline. Say to yourself, I will finish the first draft of this story by the Fourth of July. I am so glad you are enjoying my Mermaid Tales stories! You might also like to visit my writing page.
Elaina, I like dolphins too. I would never swim with one in the wild though because I know wild animals are just that-wild! I did get to swim with one in a special program once though. Dear Finley, I swam with a dolphin once. It was so fun and the dolphin was so beautiful. Your dad sounds fun.
Katelyn, I will be on the lookout for a mermaid water bottle too. I hope you enjoy The Lost Princess. Maybe you'll like to try some of these things this summer.

Dear Avril, great to hear from you. I'm glad you are enjoying the four books in one of the first Mermaid Tale books. I definitely like mermaids! Have you seen my mermaid webpage? Yes, I believe you do need a filter for two fish, either that or change the water often (making sure it is the right temperature and has been treated to take out the chlorine).
