Hi Owen, that's an interesting question. I do not consider myself a marketing expert, but marketing is now a surprising part of an author's job. Publishers seem to expect authors to promote on social media platforms, as well as at conferences and other public appearances. Sometimes it is difficult to balance all that and still have the much needed (and desired) writing time. If you are  a marketing expert, I'd appreciate any advice. Hope you'll follow me on my author Facebook page. Best, Debbie
