Dear Madelyn, I'm so glad you like The Lost Princess. It is one of my favorite too, along with The Polar Bear Express and The Narwhal Problem. DJ., The Winter Princess comes out in May of 2020!
Margaret, thanks for you joke. A big hello to Rosie, Elijah, Angel, and Kaitlyn. Amanda, I hope you enjoy the new collection in November. Suzy, I'm so glad you avoid using plastic to help the sea turtles. I try to avoid plastic grocery bags and straws.

Dear DJ and Amanda, Guess what? There is a new set Mervelous Collection of Mermaid Tales books coming out on November 5th. It will contain books 1-10. There are already two sets: The Sparkling Collection and the Mer-velous Collection.

Dear Friends, I will not be answering more mail until September 23rd. I hope you are enjoying the start of your school year!
Julia, The Bailey School Kids didn't become a Frankenstein Doesn't Plant Petunias series until after we had written the sixth book. That's when Scholastic asked us to write more more books in the series! Up until then they had called them companion books. We did not have a agent until we sold 90 books!
