Hi Navya, happy Women's Day to you too (a day late!) Shelly is my favorite Mermaid Tales character as well, although I love them all! Shelly is actually the star of the next book, Ready, Set, Goal! that comes out in September.
Carmen, I'm so sorry you don't get along with your grandmother. I was very blessed to have a wonderful grandmother, Lillie Bailey. She was very special to me. I hope you will give your grandmother a chance, even though she is old. Maybe you can ask her to tell you about her life. She might just become very special to you! Best, Debbie

Dear Zoe, I am glad you like Melody in the Bailey School Kids. I like her because she likes sports, like me. Amiee, people who say unkind things are really not your friends, they are being bullies. Diana, I did not know about Pathfinder. Amarra, in Danger in the Deep Blue Sea I was speaking about my visit to Jamaica. It was fun and yes, I did swim in the ocean. I did a thing called snuba where I got to see lots of amazing plants and fish. Have a blessed day, Debbie
