Monsters book Did you guys melt in the last few days?  It was so hot my dogs didn't want to go outside.  We didn't make it to 100 degrees, but it was close.  Molly, I'm so sorry to hear that you sprained your wrist.  How did you do it?  Wantaru, I'm glad you like my stories.  Do you have a favorite?  Isaac, which cover do you like better for Monsters Don't Scuba Dive-the original one to the left or the new one below?  brb, Debbie

Hi Kenna, I write almost every day.  I think it is fun.   Changing the story (fixing the story to make it better) is the hard part for me.  I hope you have a great summer and I challenge you to try writing your own story this summer.  In fact, I challenge all of you to write a story and then try to make it better.  Check out my writing video for tips.  Good luck, Debbie

Monsters Don't Scuba DiveAriana, I'm so glad Monsters Don't Scuba Dive is your favorite book.   The part I like best about that book is the end where Eddie gets something from the monster that he isn't expecting.  Tell your teacher I said hello.  Another one of my favorite books is Skeletons Don't Play Tubas.  Molly, that's an interesting song you like.  Take care and value yourselves-you are special!  brb, Debbie
