Students
Read Cupid Doesn’t Flip Hamburgers. Use the book as a guide to make your Cupid character. (Boys might prefer to make Mr. Lovegood from Cupid DOES Eat Chocolate Covered Snails.)
- Dress your Cupid in a 6” dress cut from red paper.
- Cut a white apron 7” long. Fold up 1” on bottom for pocket.
- Glue the dress and apron on your character.
- Cut a small red heart from red paper and glue to the apron.
- Cut hair from orange paper and glue to head.
- Cut hat from white paper and glue to hair.
- Draw a simple face with a black marker.
- Glue your hearts in Cupid’s pocket.
* Individualize your Cupid by adding details such as a necklace, bracelets, shoes, and socks. What about some nice cookies for her to hold? But be careful not to eat Cupid’s cookies unless you are ready to fall in love!
