Hi Megan, you can find my answers to your letters here on Debbie Talks. Hey Shane, great to hear from you! I'm with you on the covers, but surprisingly when I visit schools the kids like the new covers better. They are certainly scarier! I think Eddie would probably be the most fun to hang out with of the Bailey School Kids, but he'd also be the one most likely to get in trouble too! Shane, I hope you'll like me on Facebook.
Yes, Maggie! More Mermaid Tales are on the way. The eighth one comes out in May, Treasure in Trident City. Leah, it was fun visiting your school and I'm glad you like my books. I'm looking forward to visiting Stoneybrook Elementary soon! Have a great week, Debbie

Dear Maya, I hope you can check out one of my books at your library. I'll be at the CNJIRA book festival near you on March 22nd. Maybe I'll see you there and you can get a book. Hi Hank, great to hear from you. I'm glad you liked the Bailey School Kids. Guess what? Since it's coming up on the 25th anniversary of the first book (Vampires Don't Wear Polka Dots), we are in talks with Scholastic to do something fun to celebrate. What should we do? They are all available as ebooks on Storia, which can work on different platforms. Best, Debbie

Hi Ehi! I'm so thrilled you enjoyed Trouble at Trident Trouble at Trident Academy Academy. The 8th book will be centered on Shelly too and it comes out in May (Treasure in Trident City). It's about mermaids and pirates! I hope you enjoy the second Mermaid Tales book, Battle of the Best Friends.
